Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by product and location. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Some items may ship separately.

  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Refund Guarantee

  • Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery.

  • No need to return the item. Just send us a photo of the product and explain the issue, and we’ll process your refund quickly.

What qualifies for a refund?

  • Lost packages (not received within 35 days of order date)

How to request a refund
